At Nebular Summit, we aim to provide maximum flexibility to our attendees. We understand that plans can change and offer refunds on purchased tickets. 


Before considering a refund, we encourage you to pass your ticket on to a friend or colleague who could benefit from the event. To learn more about how to transfer your ticket, please visit our dedicated Ticket Transfer Policy page.


Getting a refund


However, we understand that a refund may sometimes be necessary:


  • To apply for a refund, you'll need to contact our support team via our online chat. They're always here to assist you.
  • Provide them with your email address and ticket number, which can be found on your email confirmation


Keep in mind, refunds are only available prior to the start of the conference. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide refunds once the event is over.
